Lean Agile Certification - Level 2

This is LSI's most innovative certification program covering the advanced (level 2) topics of Lean and Agile Thinking. The level 2 workshop builds on the level 1 with critical themes like strategy, integration, enterprise-wide deployment, and goal setting.  The focus is on how to strategize and deploy the integration of Lean Thinking and Agile Principles in a way that allows organizations to reach stretch targets and goals.  Note that level 2 is two-days and delivered virtually, but it’s live with an actual instructor for full two days.

Over the last few years, LSI has refined and perfected the “science” and “art” of virtual kaizens, conducting effective problem solving sessions globally using latest remote methods.  In this workshop, we will share with you best practices and key success factors we’ve learned and applied in teaching, managing, and facilitating kaizens virtually. 

 

We will run an actual problem solving kaizen in a virtual format with you so that you can also apply what you learn in this workshop.

This workshop will take your kaizen skills to the next level using the Lean Agile Framework. Following a review of the Lean Agile Framework, participants will work in teams to address a current business problem. Participants are required to have completed a Lean Agile Level I workshop or a Lean Agile Greenbelt.
