Problem Solving Skill Development

This workshop is an opportunity to advance your problem solving skills. Following a review of key problem solving practices, participants will spend time honing their skills in defining a Target State and Current State, using the Kano Graph to identify critical Target versus Current State gaps, how to prioritize issues and define a problem statement, and how to perform Root Cause Analysis. A significant portion of the workshop will be hands-on to further develop your problem solving skills. At a minimum, participants are required to have completed Lean 101.
